Delivery Areas:

We provide delivery services to Abu Dhabi  AND AL-AIN REGION OF ABUDHABI EMIRATES, DUBAI AND HARJAH emirateS  within the UAE, we will extend it to all emirates shortly. Our aim is to ensure your gifts reach their recipients promptly and efficiently.

Delivery Timeframe:

We strive to deliver every order promptly and with care. Delivery times may vary depending on the recipient’s location and product availability.

• Al Ain: Delivery is typically completed within 90 minutes.

• Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah: Orders placed before 11:00 AM are eligible for same-day delivery.

• Orders placed after 11:00 AM: Delivery will be scheduled for the following day.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, seasonal occasions or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Free Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all orders within our available delivery locations. If you require delivery at a specific time or outside our regular delivery schedule, our round-the-clock special delivery service is available for an additional charge of AED 50.

Delivery Confirmation:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing the tracking details. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery. Our team is dedicated to keeping you informed every step of the way.

Delivery Conditions:

a. In case the recipient is unavailable at the delivery address, our delivery personnel will attempt to reach out to the recipient or an alternative contact provided during the order placement process. If no response is received, we will leave a delivery notification and attempt to redeliver at a convenient time. Alternatively, we may contact you to arrange an appropriate delivery time.

b. Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate and complete. We will not be responsible for any delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

c. During extreme weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, delivery times may be subject to change. We will make every effort to inform you of any such delays promptly.

Our team ensures that flowers and chocolates are handled with utmost care and delivered in excellent condition. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, provided the order has not already been dispatched for delivery.

Method of Payment

“We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currency)”, or we provide payment link.

Delivery/Shipment www.lianaflowers.ae (Liana Flowers & Chocolate SP LLC)  will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE”.

Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement

Delivery Charges

• Al Ain: Free delivery on all orders.

• Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah: Free delivery for orders valued at AED 150 or more.

• Orders below AED 150 will be subject to a delivery charge of AED 30.

• Exact-time delivery: An additional charge of AED 50 applies when delivery is requested at a specific time.
